Adding to Miriam's twenty-five years of experience as a Creative Director, Deborah brings thirty-years of international brand strategy expertise to VORREITHER's core capabilities, with work experience for leading advertising agency networks in Toronto, New York, Paris and Frankfurt as well as a strong list of client accolades and awards.
With ten years of experience launching brands for consumer-packaged goods like Parke-Davis/Pfizer, Unilever and Procter & Gamble, in categories ranging from confectionary, food, and health and beauty aids, Deborah has spent the next twenty years developing global brand campaigns for Fortune 500-, DAX companies and Germany's "Hidden Champions".
From internal analysis to strategical creative solutions
Always starting from the position of understanding the customer and their purchase journey, as well as the client's most pressing challenges from a business and competitive context, Deborah works with Miriam to develop exceptional brand ideas that resonate from an emotional and cross-cultural perspective so as to create awareness and preference. Then, she leverages different communications channels, online and offline to build engagement and response, backed with measurement and ROI.
And knowing that solving external problems requires internal analysis and support, Deborah is a skilled workshop moderator and researcher, experienced in working with executive management as well as leaders across the organization in solving the problem.
